As I read these words
I feel all your pain,
My eyes start to well,
I fight back stinging tears
Each word brings great pain,
I continue to read on
Tears stream down my face,
They left you in disgrace
They shattered your free spirit
Pulled of your elegant wings
Left you falling into despair
This experience none should share
How could they hurt you?
No one deserves this misery
I am sorry for you,
I should have been here
Now you are not around
Your presence is not flet,
This is your final choice,
I am glad you're safe
Things might have been different,
If I had intervened
But I was not here,
I am sorry little sis
I feel all your pain,
My eyes start to well,
I fight back stinging tears
Each word brings great pain,
I continue to read on
Tears stream down my face,
They left you in disgrace
They shattered your free spirit
Pulled of your elegant wings
Left you falling into despair
This experience none should share
How could they hurt you?
No one deserves this misery
I am sorry for you,
I should have been here
Now you are not around
Your presence is not flet,
This is your final choice,
I am glad you're safe
Things might have been different,
If I had intervened
But I was not here,
I am sorry little sis
This is for my little sister! I love her she means alot to me even though it doesn't seem like I show it.

When I read it I thought it was about suicide. The reading part and the gone part made me think of suicide notes. But that may as well be just my morbid imagination, here. Otherwise, an interesting tribute. You must feel a strong bond to your sister. The Little sis at the end really says that. A close relationship.
Did you mean "flet" to be "fleet" or "fled"?
The almost rhyming of this poem also added to the atmosphere. I thought that was cleverly done. Rhyming by itself usually adds a lighter tone to a poem, but in this case, its irregularity made the poem read in a truly strong way.
Well-written,
